integrating behavioral change with health and fitness strategies; positions Axia as a leader in prevention.

Harris HealthTrends is currently looking to add a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to our team.  This position will be based in our Toledo, OH offices.

 

The COO will provide leadership, management, and vision ensuring proper operational controls, procedures, and systems are in place to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength, operating efficiency and viability. The COO directs operational initiatives and collaborates with senior management leading the organization toward achieving business and sales goals.

 

Under the direction of the SBU Head, the COO is solely responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Onsite Health Division (client site based fitness centers, rehabilitation centers, health screenings, onsite classes, etc.), the Health Advising Division (health coaching through call centers and operation of client health management initiatives), and Information Technologies. The COO is accountable for achievement of performance standards, financial targets and operating metrics in assigned areas. 

 

The ideal candidate must possess the following education and experience requirements:

 Minimum bachelor?s degree in related area, masters degree preferredAt least 15 years of senior management level experience encompassing leadership, goal-setting, performance management, budgets, development of operational objectives, organizational development, management-level financePrevious experience as a Chief Operating Officer, or equivalent Demonstrable experience in successful short-term operational turnarounds Healthcare, health plan or health industry experience required
