Client Service Manager

Your job will involve serving as the primary contact with client companies for the day-to-day management of the client relationship. In addition, you will be responsible for the management of lead administrators, day to day plan management, day to day plan excellence, call center metric monitoring, and service issue escalation.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with 5-10 years of Financial Services experience, preferably in the areas of SOP/ESPP relationship management and plan administration. You also have project management experience. You possess strong written and spoken communication skills as well as strong presentation and presentation development skills. You are a problem solver with strong identification and negotiation skills. You have the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into enhancements and new products/services.

Preferred Qualifications
You are a professional with a background in Account management, CEP Level 1 & 2 certification and/or Series 7/63 licenses.
