This program director will lead, define and manage the development of a large, nationally important, multi-contractor $200M signal processing system.  This is a high visibility leadership position on a must-win program. This program director will earn customer trust as a veteran expert in all aspects of disciplined and proactive program management.  The successful candidate must be experienced in process management and CMMI best practices, with a demonstrated record of success as a leader of complex and large scale program teams.  Work location is in Sacramento, with some national travel required to meet with customers, teammates, and corporate executive management.

 

Final grade and incentive level based on qualifications of selected candidate.



Experience in the following areas is required:
15 years managing large hardware and software programs with multiple subcontractors
3 years CMMI and 9001 process management experience
References from three successful programs over $40M
Current TS/SCI
BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other major with a focus on Communication Networks


Experience in the following areas is an asset:
Telecommunications processing
Risk management
Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other major with a focus on Communication Networks.
Program Management Professional certification.
