This position is responsible for the management and administration of Cancer Center operations. Administrative, operational and budgetary responsibility for Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Breast Health Clinic, Gamma Knife, Tumor Registry, as well as Cancer Clinical Trials. Fosters collaboration with philanthropic organizations to develop new sources of revenue to support cancer Center activities. Develops and utilizes appropriate statistical and financial performance models and measures, and produces reports to enable senior management to monitor and continually improve performance. Analyzes trends impacting volume at both the inpatient and outpatient level and makes recommendations to allow for the program's continues success. Requirements: 7-10 years of progressive management experience in hospital operations. Analytical skills required to prepare and monitor budgets, interpret data, as well as develop, implement, and evaluate systems, policies and procedures. Previous oncology experience preferred. Excellent team building, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Master's degree preferred.
