JOB SUMMARY:

In conjunction with the Director, Global IT PMO, develop IT strategic infrastructure / architecture path for proposed strategic applications. Flawlessly deploy IT strategic infrastructure / architecture path for proposed strategic applications. Develop and maintain IT talent capable of ensuring continued delivery of high-quality IT services. Deliver high-quality IT services in accordance with established business SLAs. Develop IT infrastructure staffing plans by quarter aligning all staffing needs with operational excellence and project goals. Rationalize old technologies to ensure growth path for new. Continually drive cost out of run-rate to ensure growth path for new projects and new technologies. Stay current on all new technologies and continually suggest technology improvements that benefit IR Security Technology.



MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Required skills include:

Detailed understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure. Ability to think strategically and develop strategic architectural path for complex global environments. Ability to continually rationalize infrastructure for the optimal balance of new technologies with budget constraints. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Passion for delivery of business benefit. Ability to partner with business teams to prioritize demand according to business metrics and ability to deliver according to that prioritization. Ability to use informal authority to drive project completion. Budget management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Education & Minimum Years of Experience:

Education: BS CS or related, Desired: Masters and Six Sigma; 10+ years experience leading large application teams in a global environment. Demonstrated skills in process development.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Hours of work required: 40+

Physical/Mental requirements (i.e. lifting 30 lbs.):

Travel % of time: approximately 25%
