Director/Mgr Financial Reporting

Looking for Director for Financial Reporting, reports to CFO. Provide leadership to the company that supports timely and accurate external reporting of financial information. Identify, monitor and analyze accounting issues, risks and corporate governance issues that could impact the Company. Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Ensure financial information is reported timely and accurately. Prepare financial information and supporting schedules for external reporting purposes (including, but not limited to: Form 10-Q and Form 10-K). Coordinate with 3rd party vendor for filing SEC required information. Ensure proper controls in place for external reporting purposes. Maintain an understanding of all Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Identify and investigate accounting regulations and guidelines to determine their impact to the Company, as well as implement such accounting regulations timing and accurately. Coordinate with external auditors regarding external financial reporting requirements and maintaining support for all requirements. Coordinate with all departments to ensure all internal control documentation is properly maintained. Coordinate testing activities that are required for ensuring proper internal controls (as required by Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley and any other such regulations), both internal and external auditors. Monitor public reporting for e-commerce industry sector and update financial information as appropriate. Define, communicate and ensure adherence to Company standards and controls. Develop, maintain and evaluate financial and operational controls and procedures. Develop and monitor communication with all departments to assist with identifying internal controls and changes to internal controls. Comply with ethical and legal standards and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Report all non-compliance/breakdowns to upper management. Qualified candidates would have minimum six years of audit related experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm and client base of public companies. Four-year degree in Accounting and CPA. Public Filing experience desired. Private Company experience a plus. Sox project experience also a plus.
