Director of Client Services

Fast growing Mequon company is?seeking a Director of Client?Services (position reports to the Vice President of Client Services).? Primary responsibility is managing and directing a team of account managers, who oversee their own team of client?service consultants.? Must be able?to create and implement real measurable?client services.? Will be responsible for personally building and maintaining relationships with business throughout the U.S.? Position will require travel.?

Responsibilities:?

Daily direction of client services and account managers

Ensuring staff accountability thru creation and implementation of metrics

Staffing

Develop, maintain, and support client relations

Facilitate client meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

2-3 years of managing employee teams?and/or projects

4-5 years providing client services to internal and external clients

1-2 years directing a team of people to achieve or exceed company goals

Intermediate computer skills in MS Office

Prefer experience in Benefits, Payroll, Human Resources, or Accounting (service industry focused on exceptional client services)
