Director of Credit and Operations

We are looking for a Director of Credit and operations for a fast paced, growing financial services company here in San Diego. This rapidly growing company is focused on recruiting top talent for this key position in order to sustain their remarkable growth. Our ideal profile will be someone from a mid-sized Credit Based leasing company. However, experience with sophisticated high-volume transaction oriented business to business sales or financial services companies will be considered. They see up to 20,000 transactions per month. This person must be able to analyze credit manually as well as help develop a scoring system. We are really looking for a Credit Manager who can help build infrastructure necessary to sustain this type of growth. The position will require management of a staff of about 15 - 25 credit analysts and oversee the overall functions of the credit department. You will have heavy involvement in analyzing bank relationships and rate negotiations depending on volume and other specific needs of the company. We are looking for a sophisticated professional who can think on their feet and is capable of growing with the company.
