Director of Internal Audit

The Director of Internal Audit position will be responsible for establishing an effective internal audit program throughout the company. This will include developing and implementing a coordinated audit plan based on risk assessments (including fraud risk) as well as hands-on activity in identifying, planning, organizing and executing audits that work towards organizational goals and objectives. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the documentation and evaluation of internal controls and providing support to the external auditor's annual examination of the Company's assessment and testing under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Qualifications :
Minimum of 8 years finance experience with at least 5 years in a corporate internal audit environment. Degree in accounting or business administration and a current CPA license are required. If interested, please email your resume to
