Estimator, project manager, sales and operations manager

 

 

Our company (Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling) is comprised of three offices (franchises). We are general contractors that specialize in the repair of properties damaged by fire or water damage with an emerging division in the home remodeling business. The franchiser has been in existence since 1964 with over 250 offices in the continental US. Our offices have been operating since May of 2000 and has been recognized for its community service, growth and personnel development.

 

We are proud that we have become one of the fastest growing offices in the network and considered one of the leaders in our business. Our local and national reputation is one of quality, integrity and service.

 

We are searching for a few people to help grow our business and emerge as a leader within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing, lead qualifying, estimating, sales and project management. Candidates must: have a college degree,  be windows literate, team oriented, respectfully aggressive and a strong desire to be successful but modest enough to learn from fellow teammates. Although experience in construction estimating is a plus, the ultimate selection will be given to the person who has the personality and interpersonal qualities to work within and represent our company as the professional and progressive company that we are.  We are also considering a people with extensive experience in managing a successful contracting business. This newly formed position will assist the owner in developing our staff, ensuring quality service and guiding the staff to meet or exceed our goals.
