Executive Director of Non-Profit Museum

The Executive Director of the Maritime and Yachting Museum would direct and coordinate all aspects of the non-profit museum's operation and developments, including finance, curatorial, public relations, programs, membership, volunteers, capital development, and other areas as directed by the President on behalf of the Board of Directors. Upcoming projects include museum relocation and building restoration.Candidates should have a graduate degree in a field suitable to museum operations and have 3-5 years in a museum or related non-profit organization, including management and administrative responsibilities. Grant writing, public relations and fund raising skills are a definite plus.
