Executive Secretary to $42k+ - Manufacturing

As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative support to the Vice Presidents of Employment & Employee Relations. Acting on own initiative and direction, you will: answer calls and handle inquiries; draft routine correspondence; schedule appointments and maintain calendar; arrange meetings and make travel arrangements; handle confidential files, materials and correspondence; and gather information to prepare reports and conduct basic analysis. We are seeking a high energy, enthusiastic employee who is customer focused and responsive. Attention to detail is a must in this position. Qualifications:
Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete work under time pressures is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Access experience desirable.
