Morongo Basin Ambulance Association, Inc. is presently seeking a knowledgeable and energetic individual to fill the position of General Manager. 

 

The successful candidate will have had at least five years of broad experience in the emergency service field with an emphasis on all aspects of the EMS delivery system and its related administrative functions.  A minimum of an A.A. or A.S. degree is required.  A  B.A. or B.S. degree is highly desirable.  The successful candidate will serve at the pleasure of a Board of Directors. 

 

MBAA is a private non-profit California corporation providing pre-hospital paramedic services to an approximate 3,000 square mile area in San Bernardino County, California under an exclusive operating agreement with the County of San Bernardino.  With headquarters located adjacent to the world famous Joshua Tree National Park, the company employs approximately 40 full-time and part-time employees assigned to two divisions headed by an Operations Manager and Controller. MBAA is a full service company with an approximate 1.8Mil annual budget.  A system design incorporating field response, employee human resources, patient billing and collections provides the necessary internal administrative and fiscal support for this 58 year old company.
