Prison Health Services, Inc., (PHS) is the founder of the private managed correctional healthcare field. Since 1978, PHS has delivered value-driven healthcare to literally hundreds of jails, prisons and juvenile facilities across the United States.
Employing more than 6,900 healthcare professionals and support staff across the country, we lead the correctional healthcare field in the application of proven managed care principles to ensure high quality, cost effective healthcare at each of our client facilities.
Join the Prison Health Services team in this immediate FULL-TIME position at the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail in Dublin California providing comprehensive healthcare management to this large correctional facility. This position is responsible for facilities management, committee participation and facilitation, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial analysis and the budgeting/finance function.
Requires: MHA or MBA degree with five to seven years of progressive healthcare experience supervising 75+ employees. Additional education in the legal field highly desired. Ambulatory, managed care and/or correctional experience is also preferred.
