Position: Director IT search division

Compensation: Base salary($80+)?plus compensation

We are a leader in the recruitment of IT, Accounting, Management, HR and Medical talent. With jobless rate back at low levels, working in the recruitment industry is a lucrative business. We work with local, regional and national clients to source the key talent for their growth.

We are creating a key leadership position within our company to work in our largest and most profitable office.

The Director of IT Search will drive and produce revenue in our IT Search division. We would like to engage candidates with documented success in the search business. The ideal candidate will understand how IT fits into an organization?s structure. Management experience is a plus.

This person will be compensated in three ways.

*Generous base * personal production *team bonus

We currently are the employer of choice for over 3000 consultants across our divisions. This is an opportunity to build a lucrative IT search business within a company that has established national client base. This position is a high priority and will report directly to the President of the company.
