Manager Agency Contract Administration

Job Description: 1.Maintain and update all Agency Contract files, both physical and electronic.

2. Oversee the application process for new agents, market expansions, and transfers of ownership

3. Create documents related to Agency Contract requirements, including Personal Guarantees, Subordination Agreements, Contract Addendums, etc.

4. Oversee the maintenance of the Agency Directory, and periodic publishing and updates.

5. Communicate with agents and agent applicants regarding the requirements to complete the application and approval process; including financial data gathering, legal structure and pro-forma business plans.

Job Requirements:


1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand concepts and convert them to written correspondence and documentation.

2. Bachlors degree in business or related field.

3. Ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously and report on the status on an ongoing basis.

4. Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

5. Ability to manage daily tasks, as well as provide project management leadership for special assignments.
