Manager, Budgeting and Store Processes

PETCO has an opportunity for a Manager, Budgeting and Store Processes that will manage controllable expenses and capital projects for all PETCO stores. Strategically position the company to be able to leverage these expenses on a year over year basis by recommending changes to the current operation. Analyze current store operational processes and procedures and recommend changes to these processes. Design and implement operational tools that allow all levels of management to understand, react to and affect the achievement of operational expense goals. Manage the quantity, scheduling, ensure clear concise communication of all projects that affect store labor.

Education and Experience:
Four-year degree in business, mathematics and/or industrial engineering or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Master's degree is preferred. Seven to ten years related analytical, process/methods management is required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and analytical skills are required.
