Manager, Packaging Innovation - New Forms

Investigation, analysis, and recommendation of new package forms to drive innovation for PCNA.

Identify and develop new package technology forms ahead of the competition.

Lead cross functional teams in assessment of new package concepts.

Drive initiatives to success through collaboration of marketing, operations, procurement, supply chain, regulatory and suppliers.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY MEASURES OF THIS POSITION:

Work with suppliers to identify new technologies and apply them to PCNA needs.

Start-up new technologies for production/start-up needs of the business.

Work with and lead internal peers to identify consumer package needs and then seek out innovations to address them.

Develop technologies to ensure package integrity that are in line with Pepsico standards and requirements.

Drive alignment and execution for the new forms projects across PCNA.

Preferably B.S. in Packaging Science/Engineering or Materials Science. ?Target 12-15 years of experience in CPG forms ? preferably foods or cosmetics. ?Understands fundamentals of business and strong project management. ?Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ?Able to comfortably communicate with all levels within the organization.

Strong knowledge of packaging component analysis along with package material/machinery interaction.
