Marketing Manager - Plastics

Major plastic firm is seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts within one of it's major divisions.  this individual develops the strategies and programs to drive the companies future growth and enhance profitability.

 

Skills in market planning, new product introduction, development of a database, market research and analysis, as well as effective interfacing with multi-functional department heads are all required.  In addition the following requirements must also be met:a minimum of 7-10 years of formal marketing experience 2 years sales experience financial and analytical skills the ability to understand the difference between product and process an undergraduate business degree (MBA preferred) the ability to travel 25% strong general business knowledge experience working with distribution international business experience helpful the ability and willingness to relocate to the Midwest
