Operational Manager for a fast growing full service janitorial firm.  Established in January of 1989.  Average Annual Gross Sales $3 million and growing!

 

Job Description:

?  To assist the Director of Operations of the firm in the following areas:

v Insure quality control at all contracts.

v Oversee the dissemination of schedules, daily monitoring of employee attendance, and the positive recruitment of prospective employees to ensure three back-ups for every position.

v Maintain computerize inventories and maintenance records of supplies and equipment

v Record keeping and reporting to management and clients of periodic work tasks performed. 

v Interface with clients proactively and foster positive relationships.

v Approve time sheets per work schedules, tabulate payroll, and call in payroll to ADP.

v Start up new projects.

v Train new supervisors and/or employees as needed.

v Insure good keeping of records and correspondences sent to clients and employees.

v Accountability for ?7 day/ 24? hour operation via logistics planning, scheduling of contract duties and implementation of standard operating procedures.

  Work Hours and Days  Monday ? Friday 9-6pm (until completion of work load necessities) Experience/Qualifications Required

?  Minimum 5 years of industry experience

?  Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager

?  Ability to manage and use all equipment and supplies

?  Must have computer skills: MS-Word, MS- Office, Excel, and Internet skills (testing required)

?  Valid drivers license (Driver?s Abstract Required)

?  Good references

?  High school diploma or equivalent at a min, advanced education a plus

?  Bilingual speaking is a plus, but not necessary (English & Spanish)

 Compensation/Benefits

v $38,000-55,000 annual salary: plus annual bonus (salary commensurate w/ experience)

v One Week vacation after a year of commitment
