Position Description:
This management position is primarily responsible for production team management, as well as on-the-floor troubleshooting. Accountable to the team members for removing obstacles, solving problems, setting direction and empowering a team of 15 to 30 persons to achieve their performance improvement results. Acts as a resource to help achieve manufacturing goals in the area of safety, cost, quality and service to customers.

You will begin your assignment with a 10 to 12 week "on-boarding" program in which you will work in all areas of our Operations. You will be trained in Frito-Lay's technical, manufacturing and managerial processes while assisting team members in solving problems and improving performance.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics / Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Leadership experience, either in previous work or school-related activities
Ability to give/receive constructive feedback;
Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation and team building skills;
Demonstrated people and leadership skills with track record of achieving positive business results;
Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment;
Possesses strong technical aptitude;
Flexible - this position will be an off-shift position (2nd or 3rd Shift);
Work a 50 to 60 hours per week schedule.
