Anticipates and directs the execution of administrative, facilities, systems and technological deliverables for department or office. Maximizes business performance by participating in strategic planning and managing key administrative processes. Manages administrative team. Leads and/or participates in department or office leadership teams. Key customers include Regional Staff, Owner/Operators, Restaurants and vendor partners.

Process Management
Manages and administers office systems and services. Manages logistics and space planning within office/department. Acts as liaison to other departments and offices.
Manages processes such as fleet, storage, voicemail administration, mail systems, PBX. Implements related systems.
With Corporate Real Estate, provides on-site management of facilities such as property management, remodels, maintenance, leases, and off-site market offices.
Educates customers on best use of administrative services.
Contributes to the development and implementation of the department/office's strategic planning process. Measures progress and recalibrates as appropriate.
Identifies and implements systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes.
Develops and manages departmental operating and capital budget.
Manages customer service and related processes, including customer satisfaction measurement, and related process improvement activities.
