I am an Executive Recruiter on contract with a High Tech Company out of Tacoma, WA.

I am searching for an Operations Manager/General Manager who's objective will be to handle all business operations and the coordination of all phases of the company.

You will oversee the sales force that is located throughout the US. I prefer an individual that has a Sales and Marketing background with extensive background with financials and business development.

This position will move into the CEO position within the company as your career progresses.

Very important that you have an entrepreneurial spirit, that you can review business opportunities for the company and see what steps the company needs to take to get the business.

Requirements

Minimum of BA degree. Grant writing experience, security software background a plus. If you have worked for a startup in the high tech field, contact me.
