JOB DESCRIPTION – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




 


Assist in the implementation of global product migration projects. The current projects include migration from TIB, TRS and Triarch to RMDS. Collect global status and escalate issues as they arise. Where possible, work with technical staff and sales to resolve migration issues prior to escalation.  Lead and/or participate in global and regional conference calls when necessary.  Review and present migration project plans. Risks to project success must be identified and escalated.  Will maintain global migration database and will create status reports from the database.


 


 


 









JOB SPECIFICATIONS – REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE




 


·  3-5 years managing projects and interfacing with diverse groups


·  Bachelor’s Degree


·  Basic knowledge of the trading environment, some knowledge of digital trading platforms, heavy use of excel, good communication skills and the ability to turn statistics into reports.


·  Knowledge of RMDS is preferred.  Knowledge of TIB, TRS and Triarch would be beneficial as would experience with Sharepoint.


·  Ability to interact with co-workers and clients globally.  The candidate should be able to multi-task several projects but also have the ability to see the big picture in order to find commonality between migration projects.
