Project Management Senior Consultant- Bentonville, AR, Relocation Budget Available

Customer facing, billable position highly skilled in project planning, analysis, program development, and project execution to deliver infrastructure solutions meeting project objectives and priorities. Experienced in technical Project Management with a history of delivering Microsoft infrastructure projects. Experience with Dell enterprise HW products is a plus. Must be capable of working in an energetic team environment and prepared to travel 80%. Responsible for developing project plans/schedules, managing project financials including budget and billing, defining project execution requirements, assigning/allocating resources, managing communications and reporting project status. Responsible for meeting project schedules and resolving project issues. Responsible for coordinating projects through various communications, data collection and analysis. May act as Project Manager on multiple projects concurrently. Outstanding verbal/written communication skills to provide clear direction/instruction to team and extended team members on assignments. Outstanding analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills to effectively achieve project objectives and manage delivery resources while maintaining a strong sense of urgency. Extensive project management and methodologies experience with ability to create complex project plans with integrated project steps. Functional experience in multiple business areas. Ability to relate business knowledge to complex problems. Ability to deliver the Dell value message in a persuasive and accurate manner while developing the confidence of both Senior Management and Technical Staff of customers. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.



Required skills:
Ability to lead multiple medium to large complexity engagements with little to no supervision.
Works with technical team to develop strategies and implement medium to large sized projects with little supervision.
Responsible for overall customer experience and customer relationship.
Responsible for all aspects of project execution.
Manage all financial aspects of the project including budgets, resources, expenses, and invoicing.
Manage day-to-day tasks of project resources
Demonstrated track record of delivering multiple high quality medium to large technical projects.

Experience using project tools to create project plans.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Strong documentation and technical project management experience with Bachelor's Degree.
PMI certification or equivalent.
Preferred: Technical certification.
