RCG IT is looking for an experienced Vice President to run our Dallas Office. The ideal candidate must have 10 years of IT related sales in the Dallas Market.

The person we seek will have experience managing a solutions and staff supplementation office in Dallas. High energy, drive and ambition go without saying. As a Regional Vice President you will be responsible for:
- All managerial aspects of P&L for the Dallas Region.
-Leading sales, delivery and recruiting teams.
-Hiring, evaluating and motivating sales, delivery and recruiting teams.
-Driving revenue from a mix of new client and expansion of existing accounts.
- Working within a business model with focus on solutions while still valuing staff augmentation.
