Regional Manager - Mobile Home Communities - Pacific Northwest (OR and WA)

Cal-Am Properties, one of the nation's leading developers, owners and operators of mobile home communities and RV resorts, seeks a Regional Manager for its Pacific Northwest Territory.  This territory currently includes 6 communities in Oregon and 4 in Washington, and is one of the fastest growing regions in the 60+ property chain.  This position, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for guiding, mentoring and developing the on-site property managers at each of the Region's communities.  Responsibilities include training, budgeting, capital budgeting, knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the business, etc.  The position also is a liaison with the company's extensive sales network to ensure that new homes are placed into communities to maintain maximum occupancy.  The successful candidate should have a college degree or higher, must have prior work experience in Property Management (preferably in manufactured housing communities), and significant interpersonal skills and managerial capabilities.  This position can be filled either with a candidate desiring to live in the Pacific Northwest, or a candidate wanting to work out of the company's headquarters in Orange County, California.  Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience level.  Significant bonus opportunities exist based upon performance.
