Senior Management Consultant- Business Systems Analyst

The BEST JOB OPPORTUNITY OF 2006!!! This is a very visible, fast track, career making opportunity. Our client, a Fortune 100 Energy Conglomerate is seeking to add onto staff an experienced I.T. Management Consultant who can fill the role of Senior Internal Business Systems Analyst. The ideal candidate will be able to design, implement and coordinate planning, process engineering, technology development/implementation, procedure documentation and organizational strategies as well as assist in transition to new/re-engineered processes & methods. They must be able to handle focusing on a major Change Management initiative that they will help spearhead starting in the beginning of 4Q 2006. Prior experience as a management consultant or business process change analyst is required as the individual will need to possess expertise in process consulting, business management, systems implementations, process re-engineering, organizational design and knowledge management. This candidate will be responsible for assisting in and mapping out the direction of a global operational change management and suppy chain re-engineering project. They also must be able to create the change plans and champion new procedures and guidlines bridging cross global locations. Also the ideal candidate must be able to create impact plans and studies and create action steps to ensure successful organizational transistion. Will handle process mapping and will focus on cross-functional knowlegde sharing, Knowledge Management (KM) and overall business process improvement. Additional major projects will include information technology investment management; enterprise architecture development; performance metrics planning, development and re-engineering of processes and methods. Six Sigma certification helpful.To accomplish this the ideal candidate must be able to conduct organizational, financial or process analyses, utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and techniques. Finally, to be considered the candidate must demonstrate clear expertise in business planning/analytics; process improvement/re engineering, quality management, performance measurement/management, communications, leadership, strategic planning and change management. A background in business transformation, management consulting and/or strategy consulting from a major management consulting or Big 4/5 firm or other Energy conglomerate is strongly preferred.
