The Stream facility in Watertown opened in January 2003.

Reporting to the Site Director, the Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the compliance of quality and service delivery metrics, financial performance and operating efficiency goals and all additionally assigned products/contracts.? Participates in customer presentations and site visits and is responsible for coaching and increasing management skills of Team Supervisors, each with 25 to 30 direct reports.? This selected individual will initially oversee approximately?250-400 employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:? College degree with Advanced or Technical degree and management experience in a technical or service delivery-operating environment preferred. Experience managing a technical support organization of at least 80 people also preferred.? Candidate must possess strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.? Successful candidate will possess structured problem solving techniques, high energy level, desire continuous growth, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.? Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company.? Excellent oral and written skills.
