SUMMARY Under the general guidance of the Director of Loan Servicing, the Vice President performs a variety of duties including planning the Unit's monthly operations, evaluating personnel, reviewing management reports and directing/assisting staff to ensure compliance to investor guidelines. Specific responsibilities include reviewing current operations to ensure compliance with investor regulations and guidelines, evaluating controls, reviewing daily and monthly operational reports, and developing new procedures as required to maintain proper controls and to support operations. Key functions will also include meeting regularly with internal clients to discuss operational opportunities. The chosen candidate will work closely with the management staff to review and approve cutoff reconciliations, disbursements, advances, investor reports and bank reconciliations, as well as verify reconciling items are cleared in a timely manner and sign wire approvals. Other duties will include participating in the supervision, motivation, evaluation, recruitment and training of employees.
