JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8:00AM-5:00PM; Days of work: M-F

SUMMARY:
Is responsible for improving various balanced scorecard goals related to one or more service lines. Identifies and develops initiatives that address and meet the clinical demands of patients and other customers and exceed national quality outcome data. Establishes branch offices and identifies potential sites for geographic expansion of the service area. Identifies opportunities for organizational integration of programs and services across service lines. Participates in all HomeReach leadership activities, including budgetary, strategic planning, and Board meetings. Represents HomeReach at OhioHealth on committee level and leadership meetings. Assumes operational responsibility for HomeReach in the absence of the President.

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Masters Degree in Business, Public Administration, or Health Care Administration. Progressive management experience with a large home care company.
