This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth for UTI which align with existing businesses.

Responsibilities:
Identify growth opportunities
Develop and initiate operational plans to evaluate new ventures including creating budgets, payback and ROI analysis for mergers

Requirements:

? Degree in business, accounting, law or related field.
? MBA highly preferred.
? Minimum of 5 years experience in merger and acquisitions.
? Familiarity with venture funding and investment banking.
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written.
? Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and complete projects with minimal supervision.
? Excellent persuasive and presentation skills
? Knowledge of negotiations and contract law.
? Ability to assimilate data and information.
? Ability to generate and report financial results, progress, and plans to meet compliance and corporate requirements.
? Demonstrated project management skills.
? Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills.
? Desire to work in an environment that endorses teaming, collaborative thinking, creativity, empowerment and results.
? Knowledge of personal computer software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
? Corporate office environment.
? Regular business hours.
? Normal physical activity including movement, hearing, seeing and communication.
? General technology as it relates to office administration.
? Must be able to travel overnight up to 40% of time.
