Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer

The Vice President /Chief Operating Officer (VP/COO) has overall jurisdiction in the absence of the President and CEO and has direct departmental supervision for Human Resources, Facilities Management, Health Information Management and Information Technology. The COO will also serve as the Chief Risk Management Officer, HIPAA Privacy Officer & Corporate Compliance Officer.  This position will also have direct reporting responsibilities to the Board of Directors & will participate on board sub-committees including planning, personnel & finance.

 

Candidate must have a Masters in Business Health, Business, Health Care Administration or related Masters Degree. Five years experience in health care administration with responsibility for administrative functions. Experience working with Senior Management & Board of Directors
