Essential job functions include:Lead the efforts of a national direct sales organization as well as a national Food Broker Network. Develop and execute annual business plans to maximize revenue and profitability of the Retail division. Full P& L accountability. Financial budgeting and forecasting. Development of a national accounts strategy. Managing and growing top key account business.
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor?s degree; MBA preferred. Must have 15 plus years of progressive sales management experience in the food or beverage industry. Proven track record of significant sales accomplishments. Clear ability to lead and motivate a talented sales team. Excellent communication skills. Desire to travel extensively.
