This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader within a dominant fast growing publicly traded company. In fact, we expect to reach $1 Billion in revenue by the end of 2006.

 

We are a leader in the U.S. staffing industry. With jobless rate back at low levels, working in the recruitment industry is a lucrative business. In fact, our profits have quadrupled since 2003. We are a key player in 6 staffing niches that include High Tech, Accounting/Finance and Health care sectors. We work with local, regional and national clients to source the key talent for their growth.

 

We have identified a large city in the mid-west as a strategic market within our company. We are looking for a true sales leader for this marketplace. You will take ownership of the sales process with C-level decision makers, work with a national accounts team on market strategy, and manage a large P&L.

 

The ideal candidate is a top sales producer in the staffing industry, has managed managers, has a comprehensive understanding of contract staffing, and managed a P&L of $10 Million.

 

We are a ?pay for performance? company. We offer a generous base salary, as well as the opportunity to earn high levels of compensation based on revenue growth. This position is high priority, and will report directly to the President of the Division.
