ACCOUNTANT SENIOR


 


The individual will be responsible for product (consumer loan) accounting including: general ledger reconciliations, portfolio analysis, journal entries and maintenance of related accounts and sub-systems.  Essential job functions include: preparation of journal entries and reconciliations to sub-systems or schedules, researching reconcilement differences and analyzing portfolio changes.  Fast paced month-end close includes preparation of schedules for management review.  Job requires communication with field personnel to resolve open reconciliation items and provide support to field personnel.



This postion requires:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field,
4-6 years of experience
Strong organizational, analytic and problem solving skills required.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Strong Proficiency in Excel.
Experience with Access, Monarch, PeopleSoft, Essbase preferred.
Consumer Loan Accounting, banking or audit experience a plus.
Spanish speaking/writing a plus!
