ACFC - Master Black Belt

CITY: Norwalk STATE: Connecticut COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Work with the Corporate Lending vertical leadership to prioritize customers for ACFC activities and participate in the customer proposal process.

* Present ACFC offering to CL strategic customers. This includes but is not limited to Best Practices, Process Improvements and Business Solutions.

* Experience developing lasting relationships with the C-Suite to assist them in driving quantifiable change to improve customer value.

* Seek out GE best practices and industry expertise to share with customers.

* Utilize the entire GE portfolio of products to provide customers solutions through the use of GE products. (Boundaryless Sales).

* Train customers on topics like Green Belt, Work-out, CAP, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Quality Greenbelt Trained and Certified.

* Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years work experience in Quality, ACFC, Training and/or a related change-agent role (or HS diploma/GED and 7 years work experience).

* Demonstrated proficiency in facilitation skills/facilitative leadership skills.

* Prior experience dealing directly with customers at multiple levels including the Executive Level.

* Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

*Diverse industry experience.

Desired:
* BB or MBB Trained and Certified

* GE management experience

* Advanced Degree (MBA)

* Retail industry or restucturing experience

* Outstanding communication and active listening skills

* Strong analytical/problem solving skills

* Proven track record of exceptional performance

* Strong/demonstrated GE values

* Northeast US location preferred
