The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

 

Accenture Finance Solutions (AFS) creates new business opportunities and margin enhancement for our client partners and Operating Groups by developing and managing compelling finance & accounting solutions for clients that combine our outsourcing and consulting capabilities. AFS service offerings cover all aspects of financial management ? from business analytics to financial accounting and transaction processing services.
 

We are currently looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst. Principle

 

Accountabilities/Responsibilities will include: Meeting monthly collection targets Direct Cash application through remittance advice and statements as required Escalate issues in accordance with escalation policy Assist in the preparation of management reports in line with Clients and Accenture?s requirements Attend client meeting to discuss debtor performance and address issues as required Provide a liaison and review service for the client Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables to the client

 

Qualifications

 Fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese 1-2 years experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or call centers 1-2 years previous experience with telephone and reporting skills Previous knowledge of banking procedures, methods of payment, credit card processing an advantage Strong computer skills required; experience in working with accounts receivable or enterprise systems an advantage Knowledge of banking procedures, methods of payment, credit card processing, preferred Experience in working with accounts receivable or enterprise systems, preferred Experience working in a retail environment, preferred Minimum 1-2 years Experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or call centers Minimum of high school diploma.
