Accountant - Accounts Payable

Responsible for all payments of goods and services necessary for the basic operation.

Responsible for the accurate payment of goods and services for the organization and maintains all related reports and records.



Prepares monthly accounts payable accrual.



Maintains files of Federal ID Number for all Vendors for Year end 1099 filling.



Maintains fixed assets control systems.



Responsible for determining depreciation of newly acquired assets. Responsible for additions, deletions and the running of monthly journal entries. Assists in the preparation of month-end journal entries, and reconciliation of General Ledger account balances.



Assists CFO in the analysis of daily budget maintenance and Cash Flow.



Responsible for yearly Reconciling and Invoicing Common Area Maintenance expenses for all Goodwill Tenants.
