Accounting Clerk I

As CVR Accounting Clerk you will: Review and code invoices. Answer all A/P and billing inquires from vendors and clients. Process manual billing. Confirm active Authorized Users in Oracle. Analyze transaction volume utilization. Update and review database. Provide administrative support for on-site and off-site staff. Provide Sales Operations support including: Client survey mailings. Prepare collateral materials for printing and distribution. Answer sales phone-line.



Qualified candidates will have:3-5 years experience in Accounting/Finance required. Accounting/Finance courses preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel experience required. Knowledge of Word and Powerpoint. Self motivated, ability to take full ownership of assignments. Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively partner with other departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
