Accounting Coordinator

Reconciliation responsibilities for accounts receivable including daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Key contact for accounts receivable banking and check support.
Provide support for accounts receivable month end reporting .
Prepare and complete journal entries as needed.
Account reconciliations.
Communicate frequently with various departments to resolve outstanding issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience or Equivalent:

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across a variety of organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and manage time to meet numerous different deadlines.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills required.
Must work overtime as required to meet business needs and goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Excel, Word, etc. Access a plus.
Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: The ability to develop an implementation plan to transition from a decentralized operation to a centralized shared service operation with minimal business interruption.
