JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

ENSURE THE ACCURATE AND TIMELY PAYMENT OF VENDOR INVOICES AND EMPLOYEE EXPENSE REPORTS; ENSURE THE ACCURATE AND TIMELY PREPARATION AND FILING OF 1099?S

? REVIEW, CODE AND INPUT INTO A/P SYSTEM ALL INCOMING INVOICES.

?  PREPARE AND POST ALL MANUAL CHECKS. 

? PREPARE WEEKLY CHECK RUN. 

? CLOSE APS MONTHLY AND REVIEW, ANALYZE AND RECONCILE ALL A/P REPORTS.

? PREPARE MONTHLY PETTY CASH RECONCILIATION.

? MAINTAIN ALL A/P VENDOR FILES.

? PREPARE AND FILE ANNUAL 1099'S.

? PREPARE MONTLY AGING OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must have minimum 3 years experience with a high volume, computerized Accounts Payable  system.  Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred.  Knowledge of Microsoft producte, particulary Excel and Word.  Expereince with Great Plains, Concur and Access preferred.  Some college level accounting/bookkeeping education desirable.  High school or equivialnet required.
