The Accounts Payable Associate would support the Finance department and perform specific department duties.



Responsibilities:



Code vendor invoices

Enter and pay invoices in Great Plains accounting system

Audit and code expense reports

Provide relationship support and service to internal customers and external vendors

Prepare and enter monthly closing journal entries

Reconcile selected balance sheet accounts

Assist in ad hoc reports and requests as required by internal customers and/or management



Requirements:



One to two years of Accounts Payable experience

Solid understanding of accounting principals

Excellent organization and time management skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Grace under pressure and flexibility

Superior professionalism, discretion, and judgment

Broad knowledge of spreadsheet tools and applications

Bachelors or Associates degree (Finance/Accounting degree preferred)
