Accounts Payable Coordinator

OCLC Online Computer Library Center, Inc. is a nonprofit, membership, computer library service and research organization dedicated to the public purposes of furthering access to the world's information and reducing information costs. Tens of thousands of libraries around the world use OCLC services to locate, acquire, catalog, lend and preserve library materials.

 

Daily processing of accounts payable including vendor invoices, royalties, expense report auditing and matching to purchase orders.

 

Perform all functions necessary to provide accurate and efficient process of vendor invoices, royalty payments, expense report auditing and matching to purchase orders andinvoices for a multi-division and currency accounts payable department. 

 

Tasks also include reconciliation of accounting data, researching internal and external inquiries, filing and reporting of accounts payable activity.

 

*Minimum of an Associates degree in business/accounting OR 1-3 years accounts payable experience in a company with similar payables volume.
*Proficiency in personal computer applications including Windows Excel, Word and Outlook
*PeopleSoft experience a plus.
