Administrative Manager, Financial Services - Mountain Region

You will provide general brokerage Operational and Administrative Management support to our Financial Advisory Wealth Management Mountain Region. You will be in a travel intensive position. Your role will be comprised of filling in for absent Branch Operational/Administrative management personnel, and/or assisting Branch personnel as needed. Your duties will include the following:

You will fill in cases of medical emergency or short- term disability for Branch Operational/Administrative Management personnel in our Mountain Region. You will provide assistance with audit preparation and related activities, and special assistance for training Operations Managers and personnel, Administrative Managers and/or other support personnel. You will help with special projects initiated by the Branch, Mountain or Western Division, in which the Mountain Region sits. You will assist in running and analyzing reports, as well as other regional specific special projects. You will support other Home Office Virtual Team members as needed.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experience. You should have 3-5 years experience in the Securities Industry, preferably in Financial Services. You should be highly proficient in various Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
You should have or strong knowledge of Securities' Firm policies and procedures.
You should be detailed-oriented, adaptable, flexible, and easily embrace change.
You should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
You will need to be pro-active and anticipatory in nature.
You should possess strong Financial Services' Product and Technology knowledge.
You will possess Licenses 9 and 10. Additional Securities' Licenses, such as the 7, 63 and state Licenses are an added plus.
Please note that Intensive Travel is required.
