Analyst II (Compass Compliance)

* Work with BU, BD, Finance and field sales to coordinate how plans will be built in Compass.

* Clearly define event planning requirements, roles/responsibilities and tracking that will ensure Compass accuracy across the CBC.

* Work with I/S and finance to identify Compass enhancements required to improve Compass efficiency.

* Assist finance with linking Compass data to trade accrual reporting.

* Work with BD team to fully leverage Compass data to drive insights by business and improve the planning process.

* Drive contract compliance.

* BA degree required.

* Solid understanding of Compass.

* Ability to lead project work and drive to completion.

* Demonstrated ability to define process and procedures.

* Strong communication skills.

* Good organization skills and proven ability to work independently.

* Solid understanding of customer planning and QTG businesses.
