Preparation and review of monthly expense forecasts and annual expense budgets.
Preparation of Realty Co capital budget and monthly cap-ex/cash flow forecast
Store performance reporting (news, relos, actual vs proforma, surplus, file buy retention)
Assist in preparation of RE Strategy and 3 Yr Plan
Track all approved REC deals develop reporting for expense/capital impact on budget and forecast

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance or related field is required. A Master's degree is strongly preferred
3 to 5 years of previous work related experience
Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate and interact with various levels within the company
Working knowledge of a budgeting and forecast process
Good analytical skills ? ability to analyze a large volume of data and present summary results to management
