JOB DUTIES:
-Overall accountability for the creation and maintenance of SAP files focusing on materials and customers
-Responsible for the SAP Customer Master File Maintenance including:
-Create and maintain Customer Sold To attributes
-Create and Maintain Customer Ship To attributes
-Develop procedures to insure accurate and timely updates
for all SAP Customer data attributes
-Manage SAP Material Database Management, create and maintain material attributes including:
-UPC/EAN/GTIN
-Material descriptions
-Pricing
-Hazardous Information
-Daily review of reports for incomplete views and material
attributes
-Daily communication with departments to ensure that all
material attributes have been populated into database
-Support Corporate SAP implementation team
-Verify accuracy of conversion data from legacy systems to
SAP

Experience - External:
QUALIFICATIONS:
-BS/BA degree required
-3-5 years SAP Master File Maintenance experience and
management experience
-Enthusiastic to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Proficient in WORD/EXCEL.
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong oral and written communication skills
