The Anti-Money Laundering practice assists clients in the financial services industry and in all industries to develop effective Anti-Money Laundering programs.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our Anti-Money Laundering practice. (Any geography is fine really). A Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services' ("Deloitte FAS") Anti-Money Laundering Practice will manage and deliver components of client engagements.? He/She will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.?

A qualified candidate will have the following:
????????? A strong project manager capable of managing the team, the project economics, the risks and
of ensuring the highest quality of the deliverables.
????????? A proven Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") professional, with at least 3 AML projects managed.
????????? Adept at managing difficult situations in relation to client concerns and team dynamics.
????????? Committed to further developing your AML career and growing the Deloitte FAS AML practice
????????? Able to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-on opportunities.
Additional experience/qualifications include:
????????? At least 6+ years of external formal consulting or internal corporate consulting experience, with depth in managing large, complex, and fast paced projects.
????????? Proven skills as a team lead/project manager of medium to large teams (i.e., 10-60 team members).
????????? The ability to travel 80%
????????? A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree
????????? Strong oral and written communication skills and scrupulous attention to detail and accuracy,?
????????? Experience in
professional services firm preferred
????????? BA/BS required; MBA? designation a plus
