Assistant Controller needed in Midvale

Assistant controller needed for growing property management/real estate company. This is a part-time position 20+ hours per month. The qualified applicant will have 10+ years of previous small business accounting experience, handling all period end closings, financial statement preparation, and working with auditors.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
Intermediate Business Process Design, Intermediate Reporting for Multiple Locations, Intermediate Year End Closings, Intermediate Month End Close, Intermediate Journal Entries, Intermediate Financial Statement Preparation, Basic MS Excel, None, None None.
